Hi! I’m María de los Reyes.Ever sinceI was a child I’ve practiced a variety of sports but it wasn’t until a few years back that I got hooked into strength/hypertrophy training.

It all started mostly because of the health benefits, but with time I fell in love with lifting weights, feeling and looking strong.

It was such the impact that I decided to start learning about training and help people with their fitness goals.

My priority isn’t only to teach to train properly, but also making training something enjoyable and part of a lifestyle, walking along and acting as a support for those who decide to put themselves in my hands.

¡Hola! Soy María de los Reyes. Aunque siempre he practicado diferentes deportes desde la infancia, no fue hasta hace unos años que me encontré de lleno con el entrenamiento de fuerza.

Tanto cambió mi vida, que decidí formarme en entrenamiento y ayudar a otras personas.

La prioridad es, no solo enseñar a otros a entrenar correctamente, sino conseguir que disfruten y lo perciban como algo indispensable para ellos, acompañando a las personas que se ponen en mis manos durante todo el proceso y ser su apoyo.

I’m Diana Alonso, dietitian for María’s team. It’s already been a few years since I’ve decided to form myself in higher education about dietetics and sport nutrition. 

Since then, I’ve decided to help those to achieve their fitness, health and performance objectives focusing on knowledge and flexibility. 

Working with María it’s been proven to be a really good decision. Her point of view about training, lifestyle and coaching to their clients fits perfectly with my approach to nutrition. We love seeing how people improve and boost their confidence and self-esteem along the way.
